Who We Are


PLC is the industry's leading provider of solutions in distribution, including warehousing and transportation. For over 15 years, we have helped clients across numerous industries save millions of dollars in operating costs.


The President and founder of the company Eddy Stride has extensive experience in all areas of Industrial Engineering both Manufacturing and Logistics.


He was born in the UK and worked for British Aluminum, Cadbury Schweppes and SPD the Unilever Distribution Company. He gained his degree in Industrial Engineering and also qualified as a registered instructor in all disciplines of MTM. After moving to the USA, he founded PLC in 1990.


All of the Industrial Engineers who work for PLC have an average 12 years of experience. Our critical advantage is our hands-on operational expertise, which allows us to create and implement innovative logistics solutions that work for even the most complex distribution problems.

Today, PLC offers an exceptionally broad range of logistics consulting services and software products in support of our manufacturing, wholesale and retail clients, servicing companies in almost all major vertical markets. We address logistics problems and opportunities across the entire supply chain, from strategic planning to facility design, material handling, transportation, optimized labor performance solutions, training, labor management software and other logistics software solutions.


PLC has teamed with Chainlogic Unlimited in the development of the Warehouse Initiative Network (WIN) labor management program. This program has been designed to enable companies of any size to take advantage of the benefits of a main frame program at a fraction of the cost.


In addition, PLC has worked with all of the major labor management programs including Retalix, Excel, Red Prairie and Manl1atten and can undertake standards development and audits for any company which may have or are planning to install any of these programs.
